This was my first time working with Interior Define to find a sofa and accent chair for our new home. I was very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail in figuring out the right furniture, fabrics and configurations. Brandon Bumgarner was the designer who reached out to me and he made it very easy by putting together a room layout plan to show how different furniture options would fit. He steered me away from options that would have made the room feel too crowded and put a lot of care into showing me what would work best for our family's needs. I highly recommend Interior Define and especially working with Brandon.

Online shopping for sofas is hard - we were excited to visit the San Francisco showroom and try different types and styles in person. Once we got there, we were pretty overwhelmed by all the choices, but Hanniel was quick to help guide us through different finishes, layouts, etc. I must have sketched out a dozen different living room layouts, and she was great following up over email with ideas and tips to help us finalize our choice. Production and shipping is tricky these days, but their after sale service was super helpful. Michelle T provided regular order updates and was very proactive keeping us in the loop as things progressed. We also loved the leather armchairs too, and added some to our order after seeing them at the showroom. Months later, everything arrived and we're quite happy with how it all turned out!

Love our couch! Great experience from the moment we went into the showroom and throughout the whole process. Our designer, Alise, was very helpful and attentive, but not at all pushy. We had visited a few other furniture stores and the ability to completely customize our couch plus the fact that the size was perfect for our place (a lot of other places had mainly very large sectionals that would have overwhelmed our space) ended up being what sold us. The only hard part is waiting, but the team was upfront about how long it would take from the start and being that it is so customized, it is understandable. It came within the proposed timeline and we received updates on the build. The delivery crew was friendly and efficient. We are thrilled with our couch!

From beginning to end, we had a wonderful experience at Interior Define. Brandon was our salesperson. He was not only terrific while we were in the store in terms of helping us and educating us, but he continued his assistance via email as we were finalizing our decisions. He was also responsive when we reached out with a couple of questions long after our purchase. We love What we bought and feel the quality is excellent, especially for the price. Their customer service and communications via email, all along the process is excellent. Even their white glove delivery is top-notch.

Update 2/25/25: I've since had a couple of instances of staining my sofa. I can report with only water, a sponge, and a little OxiClean, I was able to get rid of chocolate stains. I'm still so happy with my sofa! A couple of months ago, I purchased a sofa, and I couldn't be happier. The quality is evident and it's so comfortable! Andrea, the salesperson, was amazing.

Had a really great experience! Shout out to Brandon for helping my Partner and I design or modular couch! He was super attentive, knowledgeable, and patient! We were recommended this store by friends, and the couch options are truly impressive. You can choose from a variety of options, including: style, fabric, couch depth, etc. It’s nice to be in the showroom, and see the fabrics and couches IRL. If you’re looking for a quality piece of furniture, I would highly recommend you stop by!

This is actually 1/2 a review. Ordering our Loveseat went smoothly. The salesperson,Andrea is no longer there. I just spoke with Bran . They were pleasant and checked on my delivery date ( 3/30/26 -4/6/26. I’ll wait for a call from the shipper , Metropolitan, and upon delivery & assembly , will complete my review. (Obviously, the important part!)

Andrea definitely helped us make our interior dreams come true! She has tons of knowledge, is realistic, inspiring, and not the least pushy on the sales front. We melted over that performance plush velvet *drool* We are most grateful for the professional, friendly assistance we received from Andrea in ordering our custom chaise Sloan sectional, Sadie recliner and Miller Leather bench! Happy as can be in our home by the sea! :) Thank you!!

Brandon made this an excellent experience. I made the long trip into the city not knowing what quite to expect. The showroom was very nice. Everything was in good order and I was glad to see samples of all of the fabrics and different configurations. Brandon came up and made himself available to me Almost as soon as I arrived. We had an appointment set for that afternoon and so even though I was much earlier than anticipated, he was available helpful gathering, swatches, looking at colors, giving me his opinions, showing me pictures of other products and talking in both a professional and personally warm way we were able to get my new couch ordered and I left feeling very happy and triumphant both at getting this big task done but also having had such a positive experience in doing so. Brandon is clearly a professional and would be an asset anywhere interior define is very lucky to have him.

My husband and I stopped by on April 23rd. I explained to the girls that I had rushed into buying a sofa in the past and now I hate it. They had a floor sample of the sofa I keep eyeing online and adding to my cart. I need to sit in a sofa before purchasing and the colors do look different in person. They were very accommodating and answered all my questions. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They never pressured us into a purchase. Offered us some samples to take and also helped answer design advice we had about the fabrics and color choices. We haven't made up our minds yet. But will definitely be back!
